Buyer's Responsibility

Owning a puppy means occasional trips to the veterinarian, for which you, the buyer, are responsible for all costs. It is up to you to provide your puppy with the routine preventative care that it needs. Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian and by following the veterinarian's guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings are the sole responsibility of you, the buyer.

Health Guarantee

During shipping, puppies can become stressed by the change in environment. Minor problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, upper respiratory issues, kennel couch, ect. may occur and must be treated. These conditions are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and should be checked by a licensed veterinarian. These and other minor health issues may not be covered by our health guarantee. Any existing conditions listed in advance will not be covered by this guarantee. Any minor problem that can be cured by medication is not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not include any injuries or problems the puppy develops due to neglect or abuse by a new owner. The puppy is not guaranteed against hypoglycemia, which is also called low blood sugar or sugar shock. the guarantee does not cover the following conditions considered normal in bulldog breeds: cherry eye, entropion, loose hips, or skin allergies. Grade 1 or 2 luxating patellas are not covered for any breeds.

Your puppy is guaranteed until one year of age against fatal and life-threatening congenital diseases. This includes hip dysplasia, which hampers a dog's movement and requires surgery to be corrected. Heart and liver problems of a severe life-threatening or altering nature are included in our health guarantee. In the unlikely event this occurs, we must be notified within 48 hours of the licensed veterinarian's determination, by phone We will need to be sent two reports from two unassociated licensed veterinarians, both stating the same problem. If the puppy is diagnosed with hip dysplasia, we will need copies of the x-rays. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental conditions, such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and autoimmune disorders, which are not covered by this guarantee.

A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specific problem. In the unlikely event the puppy should die within one year, you, the buyer, must pay to have the puppy autopsied to show the reason of death. The autopsy has to show, without a doubt, the cause of death was a congenital problem for a replacement puppy. We will only replace a puppy with a puppy from the next available litter. We do not give refunds. The replacement puppy may or may not have the same parents. No puppy replacement will be given if the puppy has been euthanized, spayed, or neutered, without permission of the seller. any physical problem that could occur from injury to the puppy is not covered by this guarantee.

You, the buyer, are responsible for the transportation cost to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. This guarantee only applies to the original owners of the puppy. If the puppy is sold to another party before one year of age, this guarantee is void.
